Mobile users can add or update their permanent device contact information via the mobile app, just as web users can. Temporary contact numbers can be added and deleted within the mobile app. This process is similar to calling the inbound system and setting up a temporary number.
The Devices page displays all contact devices that are currently assigned to the employee. The displayed devices may OR may not be callout enabled. The number to the left of the device indicates the call order of the listed device for callouts. Devices with no call order assigned listed under "Other" are NOT enabled for callout and will not receive a call.
