The Working Page on ARCOS Mobile shows the same employees that are displayed on the ARCOS web Employee Working page. Currently, if your company has any custom filters built into the web application's Employee Working page, they will not be available on the mobile Working Page. Available filters on the mobile Working Page include Shift, Callout, Other Work and Exceptions.
To Holdover an Employee

Log into the mobile app and select the locations you wish to view.

Click the Callout button. The Callout Screen displays.

Tap the Working Schedule button. The Working page displays.
For a description of icons displayed in the Working screen, view the Information Key.Indicates the employee's cumulative work total is less than the Parameter 1 value.
Corresponds to the row turning yellow on the Employee working screen in the web app and indicates that the employee's cumulative hours are greater than the parameter 1 value, but less than parameter 2. Once the cumulative work total exceeds the parameter 2 value, the icon will become red to correspond to the row being red on the working screen in the web app.
Indicates the employee has been held over and will be on "Working - End of Day" status after their shift ends.
Indicates the employee has been working longer than the parameter 2 value and needs to be released.
Indicates the employee is unavailable.

To change the search filters, tap the Filters icon at the bottom of the screen. The Working Filters modal displays.

Select the options you wish to include in your search.

Tap the Close X icon to reload the Working page with your new filters.

Tap the employee's name. The selected employee's Working Detail page displays.

Tap the Holdover at the bottom of the page.
If more than one option is available, select from the Holdover Type menu.

Tap the Save button. The employee's schedule is updated to indicate the Holdover when the Working page displays.
Note: If an employee has been assigned to work a holdover at the end of his shift and the Holdover is no longer needed, the holdover can be removed by selecting the employee on the Working Page and clicking the UnHoldover button.
To Release an Employee from Work or an Exception

Log into the mobile app and select the locations you wish to view.

Tap the Callout button. The Callout Screen displays.

Tap the Working Schedule button. The Callout Screen displays.

Tap the employee's name you'd like to release from a Holdover. The selected employee's Working Detail information displays.

Tap Stop Holdover at the bottom of the screen and the Working page returns with the Holdover removed.
