To Create a Callout
Note: resubmitting a sub-callout will cause ARCOS to call the list starting at the top of the list.

From the Home screen, tap the Callout button. The Callout Screen displays.

Tap the + Create Callout button, the Create Callout page displays.
This page has been updated to include all the attributes that are within the "Info" and Messages" sections of the web Callout Create page.

Fill-in the required fields which are indicated with an asterisk.

Tap the Right Arrow
button at the bottom right-hand corner of the page to view the details. The Callout Details page displays showing attributes that have a default value.
Attributes are broken up into the same categories they're in within the web application.

Geo - Used for the Closest to the Trouble callouts.

Tap the Gear icon within the respective category to change an attribute's value.
Changes to attribute values will be saved when the category is collapsed or the Sub-Callouts button is selected.

Tap the Right Arrow button. The Sub-Callouts page displays.

Tap the Sub-Callout you would like to add (available options may differ from callout type to callout type depending on configuration).

Complete the process for adding the sub-callout. The sub-callout's details display on the Sub-Callouts: Selected page.
Tap the Gear icon to make changes to any of the fields. Tap the Gear icon again to close the edit modal and save the changes.

Once all the necessary sub-callouts are added, tap the Right Arrow button to proceed to the Manual Bypass page.

Tap the Gear icon to expand and view the details of the employees within a sub-callout.

When the callout is ready to initiate, tap the Submit button and Confirm.
To Create a Notification

From the Home screen, tap the Callout button. The Callout Screen displays.

Tap the + Create Notification button, the Create Notification page displays.

Follow steps 3 -11 described above to create a Notification.
