Allocated Resources

For a specific Resource Request, it is possible to see the individual resources and their names that are assigned on this screen.

The user can set a time for a resource to be released by clicking on the Release At? button at the top, and entering a date and time. The date and time is in mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm (24hr) format. If left as NOW, the resource will be released immediately.

• If left as NOW:

• Clicking on the release button next to a resource will release the resource immediately.

• A confirmation window will appear before release.

• If a date and time are entered for Release At?:

• Clicking release will set the time for release to what was entered.

• A clock icon will appear next to the release button for that resource. When hovered over with the cursor, it will display the date and time that was entered for release.

• This clock icon can also show times that the Responding Partner has entered for this resource.

Clicking Request Details will take the user back to the Resource Request page these resources are associated with.

Next Assignment - Responding Partners can also assign people/crews/equipment with their Next Assignment functionality. When this occurs, the names or asset details are added. At this time the detail is passed to Crew Manager if available, which will display their current assignment and Next Assignment in the timeline panel. Utilities will see they have crews assigned and exactly when to expect them.

When the Next Assignment is triggered, the time and date trips, the crews belong to the target Requester and of course the Crew Manager schedule reflects that crew is working.
