Swaps is not used by all companies. If your company uses Swaps the Employee Roster Swaps security feature must be turned on for your security group. There are two different types of Swaps: an employee could be covering for an employee for a certain amount of time, or two employees could be switching places on a list (Bi-Directional Swap).
Note: A Swap will be observed on all lists that use Swaps and is not a per roster change. Click here to see how to enable Swaps on a roster.
