The order employees are listed in a Roster List determines the order ARCOS calls them during a callout. This order can be manually adjusted as necessary.
Note: All actions you perform while logged into ARCOS are recorded and stored in the affected employee's Employee Status Change report. This includes any manual adjustment of the Roster List order.
To Manually Adjust the Order of Employees on a Roster List

Click the Roster List Ordering button on the List Mnt tab. The Roster List Ordering page displays.

Click the maint link for the appropriate roster. The Roster List Maintenance screen displays.

Click the Name of the employee to be moved.

Click the appropriate button: Move Up, Move Down, Move to Top, or Move to Bottom.

Repeat steps 3 and 4 as necessary.

Click Save Changes.
Note: To return the Roster List to its order before any changes are saved, click the Reset List button.
