NewAdj - New Adjust

The New Adjust sort roster preference determines how new employees are sorted into a Primary Class list when the list is sorted by Sticks. When New Adjust is enabled for a Primary Class list, an employee will receive one more stick than the lowest person on the list. Sticks are calculated by YTD + NewAdj = Adj YTD (Year-to-Date + New Adjust [edit able textbox] = Adjusted Year-to-Date).

Example: The workgroup below is sorted by Sticks and has NewAdj enabled. James who currently has 5 sticks is being added to the workgroup.

* James was given 6 addition sticks that show in an edit able field on the List Maintenance page.

Note: Sticks must be enabled for the roster in order to use this preference and only works with workgroups.
