Instead of ARCOS calling employees, who responded with a Qualify No result, back before calling the next roster or location, users can control precisely when ARCOS will call Qualify No results back using the Qual No option on the Roster List Chaining page.
To Modify Qualify No Call Back Options on a Roster
-
Navigate to the location of the list.
-
Click the Roster List Ordering button on the List Mnt tab.
-
Click the chain link next to the list to be modified. Sequences that are flagged to Qualify No response back, after calling the sequence, display with an "X" in the Qual No column for the sequence.
-
Click the edit link next to the sequence that needs modified.
-
Check the Qual No checkbox for the sequence, if qualify no responses should be called back after calling the selected sequence, -OR-
Uncheck the Qual No checkbox for the sequence, if qualify no responses should NOT be called back after calling the selected sequence.
Note: ARCOS will call employees, who responded with a Qualify No result, back after calling the list with the Qual No option selected. For example, if a list has Qual No enabled for the 2nd and 5th sequences, ARCOS will call sequence 1 and 2 then call qualify no responses back. ARCOS will then call sequences 3-5, and will then call back all qualify no responses from sequences 3-5.
-
Click the Submit button.
-
Repeat steps 4 through 6 for each sequence that needs modified.
Note: ARCOS will check the Qual No checkbox by default for the last sequence in the chain, but will uncheck it when a new sequence is added to the end of the chain. However, if the user manually checks the Qual No checkbox for the last sequence in the chain, Qual No will remain checked for the sequence when a new sequence is added to the end of the chain.
