Modify the Roster List Display Order

Sometimes the number of Roster Lists can grow quite large. Usually there are certain lists that are used for callouts more often than others. Instead of scrolling through a long list when creating a callout, you can specify the order in which the roster lists appear.

To modify the Roster List Display Order

1. Click the Roster List Ordering button on the List Mnt tab. The Roster List Ordering list displays.

   

Note: When a Roster List is created, the display order is set to 999, which places it at the bottom of the list.

2. Replace each Display Order entry with the desired order number. Numbers with decimals can be used to indicate order. After the new order is saved, ARCOS adjusts the numbers to integers.

3. Check the Enable checkbox to make the roster list available for callouts. - OR -

Uncheck the Enable checkbox to make the unavailable from the roster picker when creating callouts but will still be called if it is part of another chain. Disabled list are highlighted in gray on the Roster List Ordering page.

Note: If the list had a number already assigned, that assignment remains and the list stays in the order in which it was before the Enable checkbox was deselected. However, if you assign a list an order of zero, that list will be moved to the bottom of the Roster List Ordering page.

4. Click the Save Display Orders button at the bottom of the page. A message, "Display Orders Saved." displays at the top of the Roster List Ordering screen and the new roster list order displays.
