SMS Respond to Callout Enhancement
What is changing:
When employees try to respond to a previous callout offer via SMS, they are told 'You have no pending callouts' when they may have.
ARCOS has updated the verbiage that is sent back in the SMS, if the employee has pending calouts to be "The last callout is not available for response via SMS, but you do have other open callouts so please call inbound or log into the ARCOS Mobile Plus app to accept."
If the employee does not have any pending callouts, the message will be "The last callout is not available for response via SMS and you do not have any open Callouts."

View Only Security for the Sign On Pages
What is changing:
A new security feature “Roster - Signon View” has been created. The new security feature will give company
administrators the ability to give view only access to the sign-on pages, allowing field employees to see where
they are on the sign-on schedule in advance.
The “Roster - Signon” security feature is being renamed “Roster - Signon Edit”.
“Roster - Signon View” will be enabled for all customers that have “Roster - Signon Edit”. “Roster - Signon
View” will also be enabled for all security groups with “Roster - Signon Edit” access.

Crew Manager Enhancements
Enhance Reuse Vehicles to behave like Reuse Crews and Members
What is changing:
In the Crew Manager data import process, the Reuse Vehicles option is being updated to behave like the Reuse Crews and Members options for customers that are configured to look for existing vehicles by using a name and reuse key combination.
Who is involved:
ARCOS Crew Manager customers who are configured to look for existing vehicles by using a name and reuse key combination will receive this update.

API Enhancements
Add Vacation Management Hours to API Calls
What is changing:
ARCOS has added the ability to send and get Vacation Management hours with related calls.
The following methods have been updated to receive Vacation Management hours used as part of the call
• POST rest/schedules/records
• PUT rest/schedules/records
• PUT rest/schedules/records/{memexId}
The following GET calls have been updated to return Vacation Management hours if they are any associated with the record
• GET rest/schedules/records
• GET rest/schedules/employeeSchedules
• GET rest/schedules/{memexId}

Update to the API Log Report
What is changing:
The API Log report has been updated to allow users to search by the UUID.
Users will need to select the search mode UUID. After entering >6 of the beginning UUID characters, the list should load with matching UUIDs found. Select a UUID from the list and submit.

Mobile Plus Enhancements
Respond to Notification 4 and Notification 10 Response Survey Types via Mobile Plus
What is changing:
ARCOS is adding the ability to respond to Notification 4 and Notification 10 Responses survey types. Users will see the survey in their available callouts list. Once a user clicks on the survey, they will be presented with the details of the survey and custom message text. Users can then select their response and click the green checkmark to save.
Who is involved:
All ARCOS customers who use these survey types will receive this update.
