Propagating Shifts Using Week Views

If an employee works the same shift for an entire year, it would take quite a lot of time and effort to click on fifty-two cells in order to assign that shift for one year.

Multiply that by every employee that needs to be assigned in the same manner and the task becomes very daunting.

To make this task easier, quicker, and more accurate, you can propagate (or copy) shifts out four to sixty weeks, for one employee or multiple employees all in one procedure using the Schedule module. You can also propagate rotating shifts in the Schedule module.

Note: A shift can be propagated only when it displays in the left-most column of the Schedule. Use the calendar button to move the shift to be propagated to the left column.
