Displaying a list by supervisor allows you to display only employees who are designated as direct reports for a supervisor. Not all companies use the supervisor feature, which is established on the Employee Add or Employee Modify page.
To Use the Location Selector

Click either a Week View or a Day View button.

Click Supervisor in the Selector field. A dropdown window with a list of all supervisors displays.

Select name or names of the supervisors you wish to display.

Click OK on the employee list dropdown. The page refreshes with the appropriate list of employees.

Click None to turn the selector off and return to the full list of employees.
