ARCOS uses information found in the Schedule module to determine if an employee is available for a callout. The Schedule module displays employee shifts, working statuses, and schedule exceptions in a comprehensive graphical interface and provides easy administration of schedules and statuses on one screen. You can apply shifts for up to a year to one employee or several employees at a time. You can also apply rotating shifts.
There are six different views: 1 Day, 2 Day, 7 Day, 14 Day, 8 Week, and 16 Week. Each view provides the ability to apply selectors that limit the list based on Location, Roster List, Primary Class, Supervisor, or individually selected employees currently displayed.
The following table provides a description of the functions associated with each button on the Schedule tab.
Note: Employees in Deleted or Inactive status will not display in this list.

|
Displays the current day's view of employee work statuses, including shifts, callouts, holdovers, and exceptions. Also shows the employee primary class/workgroup, Level 4 location, and any information provided about vehicles and radios assigned to employees. This view displays the shift (or Refer As) name and the actual hours the employee is scheduled to work each day. It also includes any exceptions. Note: For companies who use track crews and vehicles, there is a vehicle column in the 1 Day View that displays the default vehicle that is assigned to the employee. If there is no vehicle in the column, the employee is does not have a default assigned vehicle. Note: Some companies include additional columns, such as supervisor, duty phone, crew type, shift, or band on this view. Again, it varies by company. Note: For companies who have the Crew button on the 1 Day View, the Crew filter applies to the employees you currently have selected. So, if that does not include all potential members of the "Crews" then the CrewSize # only includes those employees you were viewing. Also, deselecting the Crew Filter does NOT restore any previously "Checked Only" employees to the view. |
|
Provides a list of current schedule exceptions, by employee, that can be modified to add or remove exceptions as required. |
