Lodging Detail by Crew

The Lodging Detail by Crew Export includes the details of an employee's lodging assignments for each day within the user's current. The export has employees grouped by crews and includes badges that are enabled at crew and member level.

Note: The Lodging Detail by Crew report is only accessible through the lodging assignment mode.

Note: If you have edit access to your current view set, you can save your report selection as part of the view set.

To create a Lodging Detail by Crew Export

1. Navigate to the lodging assignment mode.

2. Click the export button. The Data Export dialog box appears.

3. Check the Include Title or Include Filters check boxes, if desired.

4. Enter the number of lodging attributes to be included in the export in the Lodging Attributes textbox. Up to seven attributes can be included.

5. Enter the number of crew attributes to be included in the export in the Crew Attributes textbox. Up to seven attributes can be included.

6. Enter the number of member attributes to be included in the export in the Member Attributes textbox. Up to seven attributes can be included.

7. Click the Lodging Detail by Crew button.
