The Mode Toolbar houses the buttons that give users access to the different Crew Manager options that are available in all Crew Manager modes.
Screen items are listed below in the order they are pointed out in the above image from left to right.
Mode

Crew Mode: Switches the user to crew mode. Crew mode allows users to manage crews and view crew assignments and schedules.

Lodging Mode: Switches the user to lodging mode. Lodging mode allows users to manage lodgings (hotels), and their availability and rates.

Lodging Assignment Mode: Switches the user to lodging assignment mode. Lodging assignment mode allows users to manage where out of town crew members are staying.
Display
-
Card View: Switches the user from Grid View to Card View.

Grid View: Switches the user from Card View to Grid View.
Location Services
-
Displays selected Crew or Member's Location on the map.
Data
-
Export: Allows the user to export the current crew information in a details or summary view to a .xls file.

Send Diagnostic Dump: Allows a user to send a summary of their current page if they are having issues loading Crew Manager.

Load Perspective: Allows you to load a perspective.

Perspective Menu: The perspective menu allows users to create and manage perspectives. Instead of having the users load a view set and filter set, perspectives allow the end user to load both a predetermined view set and a predetermined filter set.

Load Resources: Allows the user to load and filter Resources. Only available in Card View.

View Resource Panel: Click to view or hide the Resource Panel. Only available in Card View.

Load View Set: Allows you to load a view set.

View Set Panel: When clicked, displays the View Set Panel which allows users to decide which attributes will display on member, crew and group levels and how they will display. Users can also load existing view sets from this page.

Filters Menu: When clicked, displays the Filters Menu which allows the user to create new filter sets or load existing filter sets.
Time/Viewing Controls

Selected Date: Displays the date where the PIT (point in time) bar is sitting.

Selected Time: Displays the time where the PIT (point in time) bar is sitting.

PIT Now: PIT Now determines if the timeline will actively show the current date and time or if the timeline will be a free scrolling page.

If the PIT Now checkbox is checked, the selected date and time will actively update to the current date and time.

If the PIT Now checkbox is unchecked, the user can move the PIT (point in time) bar to whichever date and time they wish to view.

PIT Lock: PIT Lock determines how the PIT (point in time) will move as the time changes. There are two states of the PIT Lock: locked and unlocked.

If the PIT Lock is in the locked state, the timeline/data moves and the PIT will remain in the same position at all times.

If the PIT Lock is in the unlocked state, the timeline/data will remain in its current position and the PIT will move across the page. Once the PIT is almost to the right hand side of the screen, both the PIT and the timeline will scroll back to the left hand side of the screen.

Launch: Allows the user to view the Crew Manager in a new window, allowing more information to display at one time.
-
Force Refresh: Forces the page to refresh the displayed data.
-
Edit Tags: Allows the user to add, delete or modify existing data settings.
