ARCOS products, by leveraging the commonality of the event, provides better customer integration for managing an Event across user functions and products. It allows for more detailed reporting across products, users, operating companies, and internal divisions for the entire event.
An Events menu is also available in the header. When hovered over the dropdown menu displays all active events. The user can select from this menu to access the Event, when applicable, as in this Incident Manager example seen below.
With an selected Event selected here, any actions taken across the ARCOS platform will be recorded within the system for that Event.
