Events

ARCOS has consolidated data within this Events module that allows for common Events to be shared and accessed across the platform to provide better customer integration for managing an Event in product suites such as Crew Manager, Incident Manager, sMART, or any module where a specific occurrence is managed.

Active Events can be accessed and edited by selecting the Events tab within this page. Events which are no longer active can be viewed in the Archived Events tab. 

The Search options allows users to search Events by name.

Information listed within the Events tab include:

• Event - Displays the name of the event. Clicking the name allows the user to edit the event.

• Description - Displays the event description.

• Start Date - Displays the date the event begins.

• End Date - Displays the date the event ends.

• Category Group/Name - Displays the Category and Type of the event as defined when created.

• Edit - Opens the Edit Events page.

• Archive - Clicking this button will move the event from the active Events list to the Archive Events tab. The user will be asked to confirm the closing of the Event when the Archive button is clicked.
