Organizational Elements, based on the ICS Hierarchal Structure which is used throughout Incident Manager, are designed to provide a visual of all assigned positions.
The standard ICS elements are a part of the Global Settings and available for assigning personnel and activating but cannot be edited or deleted. Additional Roles can be added by clicking the + Add Org Element button at the top of the page opening the Add Org Element window.
Use the toggle switch to Filter out the Standard Org Elements and only display user defined roles.
