Assign Schedules based on Coverage Teams to ensure Incidents are staffed accordingly.
Schedules can be assigned for 2 days, 7 days, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, or 8 weeks.
To add a schedule, click the Add Coverage Schedule button:

Select the Coverage Team to be scheduled and the roster for that Team is displayed in the bottom of the window.

Assignment Type offers two options:

Permanent Assignment assigns the Team until deactivated.

Select Number of Weeks and enter the amount of Weeks for Assignment.

Update Role Assignment on Save toggle:

Select and order priority of Employees for the required Roles for this Coverage Team. To change the Employee ordering or Role assignment for a particular week, update the Coverage Schedules.
The newly created schedule appears on the Coverage Schedules page and is editable by double-clicking.
