Dependability

The Dependability section allows the user to view their Occurrence Balance and defined Rules.

Dependability Point Balance is a system, based on the Dependability Rules defined, where the employee earns points for being late, missing a shift, etc. The higher the number the less dependable the employee is. The employee's point balance is displayed at the top of the section.

The Disciplinary Action Rules section displays the Disciplinary Occurrence Rules including the amount of points earned, for what reason, the disciplinary actions that will be taken as well as rule exceptions as defined by an administrator.
