Follow the instructions below to enter manual charges or credits for an employee.

Click the Employee tab. The Employee screen displays.

Click Manual Charge. A current list of active and inactive employees displays.

Select the appropriate employee from the employee list that displays. Depending on your security level, ARCOS displays the employee name and the Add Manual Charge/Credit button and the Delete Manual Charge/Credit button or the View Manual Charge/Credit button.

To enter Manual Charges for multiple employees, check the available checkbox and follow the instructions below.

Click Add Manual Charge/Credit. The Add Charge or Credit screen displays.

Select either the Charge or Credit radio button.

Select a callout type from the Callout Type dropdown menu, if applicable.
Note: Not all companies have the Callout Type field on their Add Charge or Credit screen.

Select the appropriate response from the Response dropdown menu.

Enter any appropriate information in the Description free-form text field, such as callout ID, reason for the manual entry, or any other information required by your company.
Note: If your company uses on/off call charging, click the OnCall? button to apply the charge or credit as an on-call record. Clicking the OnCall? button will put #oncall in the Description field this needs to stay in the description field in order for the charge or credit to be considered on-call.
