ARCOS is configured to apply charges and credits to employees based on company and labor rules. These charges are associated with employee records based on accepts, declines, and schedule exceptions for each callout.
Occasionally, there are circumstances whereby an ARCOS user needs to manually apply or delete a charge or credit to an employee record. This is accomplished on the Manual Charge screen in the Employee module.
Depending on your security level in ARCOS, you can add manual charges/credits and you can either view or delete manual charges/credits. The total number of Active and Inactive employees displays at the bottom of the employee list.
