When new employees are added to ARCOS, they are assigned to the default group, Level 0 security group. You must select a different security group for the employee if you wish to assign them to a group other than the default. You can also change the security group for an employee using the Security page in the Employee section. Depending upon your security settings in ARCOS, you may only have access to one or the other of these methods to assign security groups to other employees. The Employee>Modify method gives you access to modify any information about the employee, while the Employee>Security method only gives you access to modify the employee's security group setting.
