Pager Profile Admin Page

From the Pager Profile Admin page, you can view Click the view link to the right of the Pager Profile  you wish to view. , modify, or delete pager profiles, check the number of employees who use the pager Click the # emps link to the right of the Pager Profile you wish to view. , link to a list of employees who have the pager assigned to them Click the list emps link to the right of the Pager Profile you wish to view. , create a new pager profile, or access the Pager Delay Maintenance. Once you add a pager on this screen, you can go to the Employee > Modify screen and identify that pager as a device the selected employee uses during a callout.

The Pager Delay Maintenance button takes you to the Pager Delay page, where you can define the pager delay length in seconds.

ARCOS has a pager called Custom that is set as the default pager. The Custom pager sends out a string to either the QA or the Prod phone number. The callback number is the only thing displayed on the pager screen.

The Pager Delay Maintenance button takes you to the Pager Delay page , where you can define the pager delay length in seconds. Some companies can set a pager delay value for each Level 4 location. Other companies use the Pager Delay Maintenance screen discussed here to set their pager delay globally.

Data Values on add and modify screens are very similar to seconds and can be entered as such.
