Once ARCOS successfully contacts everyone on the notification list, the notification closes. When you click the View button, if there are no open notifications or callouts, a message, "There are no open jobs for your selection." displays on the screen. If ARCOS is still in the process of contacting the notification list or encounters a situation where the notification goes into Wait status, the open notification displays on the View Open Callouts screen.
To Resubmit a Notification

Click the View button on the SIREN tab. The View Open Callouts screen displays.

Click the edit link next to the Callout ID to edit the notification. The Notification Edit Screen for that notification displays.

Make any necessary changes to the notification as required.

Click the Resubmit (No Preview) button that appears in the Action column beside the sub-callout.

Click the OK button on the confirmation pop-up.
