AddAfterPtr - Add After Pointer

The Add After Pointer sort preference determines how the pointer will be handled when new employees are added to a list. If the Add After Pointer sort preference is enabled, new employees will be added to the list right after the employee with the pointer instead of being added to the bottom of the list.

Example: A list order is Adam, Bob, Joe, and Michael, currently Bob is assigned the pointer. When Jacob is added to the list he will be place in between Bob and Joe.

Note: This roster preference only works if list are manually sorted.
