The Availability Report by Employee report allows the user to select an employee from their current location to view the details of the employee’s availability percentage for the selected date range.
Note: This report only displays closed callouts.
To view the Availability by Employee Report
Click the Availability button on the Reports tab. The Availability Reports selection screen displays.
Click the Availability by Employee button. The Availability by Employee report setup screen displays.
Select Start and End dates from the Calendar Picker. The Date picker remembers your settings for multiple reports during the current session, but resets when you logout of ARCOS. The default for this report is 60 days.
Select an employee's name.
Click Generate Report, if you wish to display the report in the same window, -OR-
Click Generate in New Window to leave the current window open and display the report in a new window, -OR-
Click Reset to reset the filter selections to the default and return to step 3 to start the selection process again, -OR-
Click Save to save the report. See Saving a Report for more information on this functionality.
