This generates an availability report for the whole company, based on primary classifications. This report does not show Workgroups. The report begins at the company level with links that allow the user to drill down to the classification and then employee level to view a list of how the employee responded to callouts during the selected time period. At the employee level, the report shows date, description of the callout, employee response, and outcome. It also shows the total number of callouts, total worked and not worked, and availability percentage. Work is defined as accepted and not worked is anything except accepted.

Note: This report only displays closed callouts.
