We are pleased to announce that you can now manage your contact details more easily in the OSCAR Portal.
What's changing?
- Without contacting Support, on your OSCAR Portal profile, you can now manage your own contact information by:
- adding up to 10 email addresses and phone numbers,
- removing email addresses and phone numbers you no longer need,
- reverifying an email, and
- changing your primary email address/phone number.
Where can I make these changes?
- In your Name drop down in the top of the screen
- Click My profile
- Click Edit profile
- Click Manage contact details
- Add, remove and set Primary email addresses and phone numbers on this popup.
NOTE: The Primary email address is the one to which you will receive ticket updates and ARCOS Notifications (if enrolled). Information will not be sent to non-Primary email addresses.
