Update to OSCAR Profile Management

We are pleased to announce that you can now manage your contact details more easily in the OSCAR Portal. 

What's changing?

• Without contacting Support, on your OSCAR Portal profile, you can now manage your own contact information by: 
  
  • adding up to 10 email addresses and phone numbers,
  • removing email addresses and phone numbers you no longer need,
  • reverifying an email, and 
  • changing your primary email address/phone number.

Where can I make these changes?

• In your Name drop down in the top of the screen
  
  1. Click My profile
     
  2. Click Edit profile
     
  3. Click Manage contact details
     
  4. Add, remove and set Primary email addresses and phone numbers on this popup.
     NOTE: The Primary email address is the one to which you will receive ticket updates and ARCOS Notifications (if enrolled). Information will not be sent to non-Primary email addresses.
