Production Status Report

The Production Status report for ARCOS Production (Platform) and RosterApps Production is accessible from within the ARCOS web application or by following this link: HERE 

This report shows whether or not ARCOS Production (Platform) or RosterApps Production was up during the notated time frame.

NOTE: RAMP-UP and any On Premise product are not included in this report.

It shows data for a single day period and the current up or down status. Hovering over the report will display a horizontal scroll bar to see additional hour time frames throughout the day.

Clicking on ARCOS Production or RosterApps Production will drill further into that specific report. In the next screen, the values at the top of the screen are the average ping rate for the PROD site for that hour time period. Hovering over this report will also display a horizontal scroll bar to see additional hour time frames throughout the day.

 

Hovering over the lines in the graph will provide you detailed information at a specific point in time:

• The Green line references the right axis and is the percent of time that PROD was continuously up.

• The Blue line references the left axis and is the ping response time for PROD at that point in time.
