HOW TO: Identify Your Browser

When submitting an issue to Support, please provide the specific browser information below to help Support determine if the issue is related to a specific browser, version, or browser zoom percentage. The below information will help you identify this browser information based on the browser being used.

Google Chrome

1. Open Google Chrome
2. Click the three dots in the upper-right corner of the window
3. Go to Help and Click About Google Chrome
   
4.  In the window that opens, the browser version will appear at the top of the screen
   

Internet Explorer 11 

NOTE: IE11 Support will be deprecated on 1/1/2022.

1. Open Internet Explorer 11
2. Click the gear in the upper-right corner of the window
3. Click About Internet Explorer
   
4.  In the popup that opens, the browser version will appear at the top of the page
   

Microsoft Chromium-based Edge

1. Open Google Chrome
2. Click the three dots in the upper-right corner of the window
3. Go to Help and Click About Google Chrome
4.  In the window that opens, the browser version will appear at the top of the screen

Mozilla Firefox

1. Open Mozilla Firefox
2. Click the three bars in the upper-right corner of the window
3. Click Help
   
4. Click About Firefox
   
5.  In the popup that opens, the browser version will appear at the top of the page
   

Safari

1. Open Safari
2. In the 
3. Click the three dots in the upper-right corner of the window
4. Go to Help and Click About Google Chrome
5.  In the window that opens, the browser version will appear at the top of the screen
