TextPower automatically sends a report to you at the beginning of every month that contains important information about your account. This “Comprehensive Phone Number Report” can also be requested on demand at any time and can be sent more frequently if you prefer. Contact TextPower’s administrators to request a different delivery schedule.
The report contains all of the essential information about all every phone number associated with your account. The categories of numbers shown in the report include:
- Opted-out: All phone numbers that at one time were opted into a keyword on your account and then opted out. Also shown alongside that number are the:
- Keyword that the number was opted into
- Short code on which that keyword works
- Opt-out source (opted out via MO, removed via API, etc.)
- Opt-out date and time
- Opted-in: All phone numbers that are currently opted into a keyword on your account. Also shown are the:
- Keyword that the number is opted into
- Short code on which that keyword works
- Opt-in date and time
- Every tag associated with this phone number (more info on tags HERE)
- Email Opt-ins: Every address to which emails are sent on your account. Also shown alongside the email addresses are the:
- Keyword that the email address is opted into
- Short code on which that keyword works
- Opt-in date and time
- Every tag associated with this email address
- Landline numbers: Every landline number that was included in any uploaded file. These numbers cannot receive texts but are shown here for your benefit to assist with scrubbing your own internal database. Also shown alongside the landline numbers are the:
- Keyword to which the landline number was attempted to be opted into
- Short code on which the attempted keyword works
- Opt-in attempt (file upload) date and time
As you can see this report is straightforward and contains a wealth of important information about your account. You can download the report at any time by visiting TextPower’s customer portal and selecting the “Campaigns>Up/Download Opt-ins” option.
