TextPower strives to offer consistently reliable and uninterruptible service. Unfortunately, there are situations beyond our control - and some within our control - that may interrupt your service. In order to make it easier for you to plan and for you to determine whether an issue is on our end or yours we offer four different levels of notification systems:
0. Extremely unlikely to affect customers. No notification is made of any kind otherwise customers and partners would be bombarded with notices and the impact of the important ones would be diminished.
1. Nominal. Possibly may have some small effect but still very unlikely. We typically tweet these just to let people know but the incidence of an event occurring that escalates to the point of having any real impact has been almost nonexistent. Find us on Twitter: @TextPower
2. Early Warning. These events may have some effect on message delivery. TextPower tweets these events and sends alerts using our Early Warning email/text list to inform people in advance to be on the alert because it's possible that it will affect their delivery times. We send out a "RESOLVED" notice when the event is cleared. Subscribe to these notifications via either text or email by submitting THIS FORM.
3. Emergency. Current or imminent impact. When we see or learn about a disruption that is almost certain to impact the delivery of messages we tweet the event and use the Emergency Alert text and email list to inform our customers and partners. We also send out a "RESOLVED" notice when the event is cleared. Subscribe to these notifications via either text or email by submitting THIS FORM.
Please let us know in the comments if you have any suggestions to improve these notifications.
