Mobile Plus: Search for Employees using the Admin Page

To search for Employees by Location

1. Log into the mobile app.

2. Tap the Admin button. The Admin page displays.

3. Tap the Group Schedules button. The Group Schedule page displays.

4. Tap the Group By button and select the Location from the available menu.

5. Tap the Location button and select the location the employee resides in from the menu available. Employees who are currently in active status in the selected location display.

Note: Only locations that are currently selected in your location filter will display in the dropdown.

To search for Employees by Roster

1. Log into the mobile app.

2. Tap the Admin button. The Admin page displays.

3. Tap the Group Schedules button. The Group Schedule page displays.

4. Select Roster from the Group By dropdown. The second dropdown on the page will change to "Roster."

Toggle the Include Roster Chains button to display in the menu.

5. Tap the Roster button and select the roster the employee resides in from the available menu. Employees who are currently on the selected roster display.

Note: Only rosters that are in a location that is currently selected in your location filter will display in the dropdown.

To search for Employees by Supervisor

1. Log into the mobile app.

2. Tap the Admin button. The Admin page displays.

3. Tap the Group Schedules button. The Group Schedule page displays.

4. Select Supervisor from the Group By dropdown abd select Supervisor from the available menu. The second dropdown on the page will change to "Reports To."

5. Tap the Reports To button to select the supervisor the employees report to from the available menu. Employees who are currently setup to report to the selected supervisor display.

Note: Only supervisors that are currently in locations that are selected in your location filter will display in the dropdown.
