In the ARCOS web application, after you log out your filters are saved for the next session. However, filters that are saved on web do not carry over to the ARCOS Mobile and vise versa.
The first time you log into ARCOS Mobile your home location is the only one selected. The location filters on ARCOS Mobile do follow the same Location Access restrictions that are applied when you log into the ARCOS web application.
The information that displays within the mobile app is dependent on the locations you have selected on the Location pages in the mobile app.
To Add Locations to Filters
Selecting locations in the mobile app determines what information you see on other pages including:

Activation

Callout Create
-
View Open Callouts
-
Working Page
-
Group Schedules

Tap the Admin button on the Home Page. The Admin page displays.

Tap the Selected Locations button. The Locations page opens displaying your default location.

Tap the Filter icon at the bottom of the page. The Locations Filter page displays.

Select the Company from the menu that contains the desired location(s).

The Business Unit menu will then display all locations you have access to within the selected Company-level locations.

Select the Business Unit that contain the desired locations from the list.

The Division section will display all locations you have access to within the selected Business Unit-level locations.

Select the Division that contains the desired location from the list.

Tap the Apply button to save your selections. The Locations page then displays all the OpCenter locations you have access to within the selected Division-level locations.

Select the OpCenter from the list.

Tap the back button to return to the Admin page or the select the Home icon (house) from the top left-hand corner menu to return to the ARCOS Mobile Home page.
To Clear Location Filters
NOTE: The Clear option is only available in the Filter modal.

Tap the Admin button on the Home Page. The Admin page displays.

Tap the Selected Locations button. The Locations page displays.

Tap the Filter icon at the bottom of the page. The Locations Filter page displays.

Tap the Clear button to remove the filters.

Tap the Apply button.
