ARCOS Workbench Enhancements
Added Ability to Configure Job List
What is changing:
ARCOS has enhanced Workbench by allowing users to configure the information displayed in the Job List on the mobile app. The Job List Configuration tab, available by clicking the admin link, displays the all the Job Types. Clicking on any listed Job Type opens the template as to what information appears for the job to the assigned user in the mobile app Job List.
The Template contains the following sections:
• Header
• Schedule or Appointment Data
• Location and Distance
• Visible Attributes - Attributes always displayed.
• Expanded Attributes - Attributes displayed when expanded.
• Special Alerts or Notifications
The Search bar on the right will return any attribute that contains the phase/characters entered.
The Attributes listed can be added to the template by selecting the attribute and clicking the left arrow to
add, the left arrow to remove, or simply drag and drop in the preferred section.
Click the Save button when finished and the Job List is updated to display the attributes
