Incident Manager Integration

The purpose of the two-way integration is to allow for the tracking of resources in Crew Manager that have been activated through Incident Manger. Additionally, changes made in Crew Manager will flow back into Incident Manager.

Enabling the PITNOW option in Crew Manager prior to any changes allows for fluid data transfers to Incident Manager without creating any scheduling conflicts during an Event.
