Viewing the History of Attribute Assignments

When a user modifies a badge value via the Modify Badge pop-up, the user can view when the last change was made and by whom. At the bottom of the Modify Badge pop-up, the following attributes of the current value display:

• Current Value: Displays the current value of the attribute assigned to the member or crew.

• Starts On: Displays the start date and time of the badge assignment for the current value. This is based on the point-in-time the value takes into effect.

• Ends On: Displays the end date and time of the badge assignment for the current value. This is based on the point-in-time the current value is no longer assigned.

• Created On: Displays when the user created the specified value for the badge.

• Created By: Displays the user that created the specified value for the badge.

• Modified On: Displays when the assignment change was made.

• Modified By: Displays who modified the assignment.

Example: If a crew has no supervisor value and Bob edits the badge to Douglas in permanent mode, Bob would be the "Created By" and “Modified By” user for the change. If Sue goes in an hour later and changes the supervisor to George, then on the “Douglas” value Bob would still be the “Created By” but Sue would be the “Modified By” user. On the "George" value, Sue would be the “Created By” and the “Modified By” user. (This scenario is based on the assumption that all these changes are done with the PIT at now.
