Once a Role is filled, Activated and physically at a designated location, the Employee can be Checked In.
The Check In/Out dashboard displays a summary of the resources checked in, based on Incident, Location and Roles as well as a list of Employees pending check in or check out depending on the selected tab. Adjust the results of this list using the filters, select Employee and click the Check In button.
Use the Manual Check In tab if the Employee is not listed on the Check In tab. Search by first/last name, phone or email.
When scaling down an event or deactivate, the Check Out tab displays a list of Employees that are already checked in pending Check Out.
Checking Out an employee does not mean the role is deactivated or unfilled. The employee will still be attached to the role until deactivated or their “shift” time elapses.
