Claim a VTO Slot

From the VTO Slots page, you will be able to see if any VTO Slots are listed for any of the days shown on the calendar there. If you see a VTO Slot or Slots for a given day, click on the blue text link for the day.

The following page lists the VTO slots available for that day. The location, work group, hours involved, skills required and number of openings is shown for your review, along with a blue text link "Claim".

Click the "Accept" button on the following page to confirm.

Once you have confirmed your claim on a VTO slot, you can see it reflected in your Calendar. The color Purple here denotes that you now have an approved PTO/UTO/VTO slot.
