The following list provides descriptions for the override conflict values shown in the Shift Override Report.

Short Message	Description
Absence	Can not pick up shift on day with absence.
BaseSchedule	Can not pick up shift on day of base schedule.
MaxConsecutiveDays	Can not work more than [Rule Set Max Work Days] consecutive days.
MaxOTQualifiedHours	Will exceed maximum weekly overtime qualified hours.
MaxVTOOccurrance	Can not have more than [Max Occurrence in Window Rule Set Value] occurrences within [Max Occurrence Rule Set Value] days.
Min Hours Before Shift Trade	Too close to the shift start time to trade the shift. The cutoff is {minHoursBeforeShiftTrade} hours before the shift starts.
MinContinuousRestHours	[EmployeeID] Will fall below the minimum consecutive rest in window.
MinRestHoursBeforeFirstShift	Must have at least [Min- Rest Before 1st Shift Rule Set Value] hours off before 1st shift of the day.
MinWorkHours	[EmployeeID] Will fall below the minimum work hours in quarter.
NoOriginalOwner	[EmployeeID] Can not trade shift if not original owner.
NoOverTimeYet	Can not select overtime shift yet.
NoReceive	Not allowed to receive trades.
NoTradeAway	Not allowed to trade away shifts.
Overlap	Overlap with other shifts exceeds daily overlap limit.
	Overlap with other shifts exceeds limit.
OverTimeTrade	Can not trade overtime shift.
PendingTORequest	Pending UnschedTO exists within the time frame.
PTODayTrade	Can not pick up shift on day with {paidTimeOffAbbreviation}.
PTOOverlap	Can not pick up shift that overlaps a {paidTimeOffAbbreviation} shift.
Skill	Missing Skill [Skill Name].
	Wrong Skill.
Split Overlap	Overlap involving split shift exceeds limit.
TradePercent	[EmployeeID] Will exceed maximum trade hours in window.
	[EmployeeID] Will fall below minimum percent of base hours in quarter.
TradePercentInWeek	[EmployeeID] Will exceed maximum trade hours in week.
VacationDayTrade	Can not pick up shift on day with vacation award.
VTOSlot	There are no matching shifts for this VTO slot.
	Partial slot not allowed.
	You are not permitted to claim VTO slots.
	Too early to claim slot.
	Too late to claim slot.
	Wrong location.
	Remaining shift segment is too short.
WasApprovedPTO	Can not trade shift if it was previously approved as {0}, paidTimeOffAbbreviation.
WeekHours	Will exceed maximum weekly scheduled hours.
WindowHours	[EmployeeID] Will exceed maximum work hours in window.
