If your company uses Location Access, you can define the appropriate location when you enter a new employee into ARCOS. You can also modify that access at any time. The instructions below demonstrate updating an existing employee's Location Access.
To Assign a Location Access Group to an Employee

Click the Employee tab. The Employee screen displays.

Click the Modify button. The Employee MODIFY screen displays.

Select the appropriate Employee Name from the list.

Select the Location Access to be assigned to the employee from the Location Access dropdown.

Click the Save Data button at the bottom of the screen. ARCOS confirms that you have successfully modified the employee record.
