Minimum System Requirements for the web application (ARCOS Platform and RosterApps).

All applications support the use of the following browsers:

  • Chromium Edge

  • Chrome

  • Safari

  • Firefox

For Chromium Edge, Chrome, Safari, and Firefox we will only resolve issues for versions released in the last 2 years.

Users may be able to login using other browsers. This should be done at the user's own risk. If issues are found, they will not be fixed.

The following browser versions are NOT compatible with the ARCOS Platform:

  • Internet Explorer 11 and previous versions

  • Chrome Versions 3 and previous versions

  • Safari Versions 4 and previous versions

  • Firefox Versions 23 and previous versions

ARCOS supports TLS 1.2 (only) using modern cryptographic algorithms. TLS v1.2 is the only protocol that offers modern authenticated encryption (also known as AEAD). TLS 1.2 will ensure the highest security offering for the ARCOS platform.

Under TLS 1.2 only the following higher cipher suites are supported:

  • TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384

  • TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256

  • TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384

  • TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256

  • TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA384

  • TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA

  • TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA256

  • TLS_DHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA
