Callout History Report Sub-Callout Table

The Callout History Report Sub-callout table contains the following information about the overall callout.

Field	Explanation
Date	The date and time that the action shown was taken.
Change Made	The item that was changed, including what it was originally (From) and what it was changed to (To).
User	Name of the user who made the change.
Source	Where the change occurred.
