Once the Data is selected, the user can choose which filters are to be applied to the report by clicking on the Pre-filters button.
From the Pre-filters window, expand the chosen field folder to reveal the filter topics available, double-click to add.
Each filter topic includes variables to be applied by the report creator. For example, when filtering by date, narrow results by selecting a particular time period to be displayed in the report.

equals - View results from the exact day and time down to the second

is not equal to - View all results other than the day and/or time entered

is after - View all results that occurred after than the day and/or time entered

is before - View all results that occurred prior to the day and/or time entered

is on or after - View all results that occurred after and including the day and/or time entered

is on or before - View all results that occurred prior to and including the day and/or time entered
-
is between - View all results that occurred during the dates and/or times entered.

is not between - View all results that occurred excluding the dates and/or times entered.
The filter can be edited once in the report.
To disable editing once the report is created, check the Locked checkbox. While unable to edit, the user will be able to delete the filter altogether.
