RosterApps Enhancements 

RAPD-13562 Bid Packages - Restrict days in cycle pattern value 

A new setting has been added that allows company administrators to enforce a consistent number of days in the cycle pattern for all bid packages. Administrators can now specify a fixed numeric value that all bid packages must follow. By default, this setting is set to 0, which means it is disabled, and any value can be entered in the "Days in Cycle Pattern" field. 

• Under the Company Administrator role, go to Settings - Edit Bid Package Settings

• Enter a numeric value (1-366) or 0 if this setting should be ignored
• Click Update to save the change

When creating a bid package (under Location Administrator), the Days in Cycle Pattern will be defaulted to the value specified in the setting above and not be able to be changed:

RAPD-15303 (ZD 66819) Overtime generating on shift that should not be OT 

For Time & Attendance customers, this update resolves an issue where Overtime was incorrectly calculated when an employee was transferred during a payroll period. The system previously misidentified the workweek boundaries, leading to inaccurate Overtime calculations. With this fix, the correct week structure is now maintained across all transfers, ensuring accurate Overtime computation. 

RAPD-15603 (ZD 68425) The Search tab under the Supervisor role is not working as expected 

Resolved an issue in the Search functionality for users with the Supervisor role where previously entered search criteria were not retained after clicking the “Change Criteria” link. Now, when a supervisor selects criteria (e.g., work groups) and navigates to the Search Results screen, clicking “Change Criteria” will correctly preserve the previously entered values.

RAPD-15711 (ZD 69066) EVB - Employee Bid changes not communicated 

This update addresses an issue in Enhanced Vacation Bidding (EVB) where employees were not clearly informed when a selection or preference was removed. Previously, updates were submitted automatically without confirmation, and no email notification was sent. Now, when an employee removes a selection or preference, a warning dialog will appear to confirm the action. Additionally, a confirmation email will be sent to notify the employee that their preferences have been updated.
