How do I receive text notifications

Employees can opt-in to receiving text notifications (in addition to emails) by updating their profile:

• Click on the My Profile link in the upper right hand corner while logged into RosterApps:
  
• Click the Edit link at the top of the screen:
  
• Enable the "Receive Text Messages" checkbox, enter your number in the Cell Phone# field, and select your carrier from the dropdown list.  Then click the "Save Changes and Test Email/Text" link.
  
• At this point, you should receive a verification code on your phone.  Enter the 6 digit code:
  
• After entering the code, you are now verified and will receive text messages.  Note that the phone number which sends out the messages is [phone].
• To stop receiving text notifications from RosterApps, there are two ways you can do this:
  • Disable the "Receive Text Messages" field in your profile OR
  • Text "STOP" to [phone] (note that this will not update your profile)
