Crew Manager Enhancements

Send Workbench Credentials via SMS

What is changing:

When a Crew Manager Data Import is performed and “Mobile Workbench Access” option is selected, users who had a phone number mapped to Phone1 or Phone2 will receive an SMS message containing their Workbench credentials in addition to the email.

Who is involved:

All customers with Crew Manager with Workbench integration will receive this update.

What you need to do:

No further action is necessary to implement this change.

Update to Crew Manager Search Functionality

What is changing:

Users will be able to filter crews by both the Crew Name and member in the Crew Panel search bar.
Note: Members that do match the searched text will still be displayed if the crew's name or other members, on the crew, match the searched text.

Who is involved:

All customers with Crew Manager will receive this update.
