Clearion Web and Studio Release Notes March 2024

 

• Columns can be resized
• Columns can be moved in any order
• New 'Manage column' menu with options (hide, group, pin, sort etc. )
• New 'Add column' menu
• New filter feature
• Export is now built in the table
• New V2 features which are now available and some steps how can they be configured.
  1. Add Record - available for Studio users on Resources, Organizations and all LUT tables

  Configuration:
  

  • Open page in a Studio project where Add Record option should be available
  • Navigate to the Feature Table settings
  • Open Actions menu and enable Allow add
  • Once allowed, Add record template is displayed under Actions
  • Open Add record template menu and click Generate fields
  • Select a Feature Table from the list
  • Check fields which should be shown on Create Record modal and click Generate
  • Leave generated fields as it is or change field type if needed (e.g. for dropdowns options field type should be lookup)
  • Apply Entity and click Back
  • Add Record button is now available on the Template page
  • On click a modal will be shown
  • By filling modal fields a new record will be created

  
  Add Record button can be available for Studio users only.
  It will be configured for LUTs and Resources pages according to the V1 requirements.

  Inline Editing - Edit, Delete, Attach files options can be enabled for Tables.
  1. Open page where Inline Editing options should be available
  2. Navigate to the Table settings
  3. Open Actions menu and enable one or all actions for inline editing - Allow Edit, Allow Delete, Allow Edit Attachments
  4. Open Columns and set to Readonly those which should not be editable
  5. Apply Entity and click Back
  6. Actions column is now available in the table for both Studio and Clearion WEB users
  7. User can edit, delete and work with file right in the table now.

  Edit functionality will be configured for Work Groups and Work Assessments pages for UVM V2.
  It also will be configured for LUTs and Resources according to the V1 requirements.

1. Create Work Group modal fields validation - available for both Studio and Clearion WEB users
