Synchronizing Packages

Synchronizing the package will not only update your offline package with any changes made by other users but also push out any modifications you've made within your own package. For optimal performance, it's crucial to keep your device updated by synchronizing it multiple times daily. Clearion recommends syncing at least at the beginning and end of your workday.

1. Click “Synchronize” in the Assessment / Work Group detail view after making changes to the package

While working with an offline package, you'll observe that the Synchronize button takes the place of the Download button.

2. Click “Yes” to confirm you have a stable internet connection

3. Click OK once successfully synchronized
